The Hanson Brothers...

Steelton Neighborhood - Town of Hamburg hockey fans got a special appearance by the Hanson Brothers today at the Hamburg Town Arena. The Nike Base rink was packed with standing room only. The stars of the Slap Shot movies played a game against the Buffalo Sabres Alumni. The "He Shoots...He's Sore 2007" tour began at 11:30am. The Hanson Brothers (Jeff Carlson, Steve Carlson and Dave Hanson) are first class, and as entertaining in person as they were in the movies. Several hundred fans attended the event. Former Sabres players in the game were Borland, Dunn, Khmylev, Ledyard, Ray, Shannon, Seiling, Smith, along with a group of relocated WNY professionals.
