Sabres Fan - The Sabres and Amerks are reunited.  The deal completes when five million dollars is transfered to the former owner tommorrow.  Buffalo Sabres owner Terry Pegula acquired the Rochester Americans for the location, history and to increase development of players in pursuit of the Stanley Cup.  This will be the 30th year the teams are affiliated, after a three year seperation.  The hockey team seems to be moving in a positive direction ever since the new owner took over Buffalo in February.  They recently acquired a veteran defenseman from Calgary, drafted some good prospects and expect to be active in the open free agent market.  The upcoming NHL and AHL seasons are becoming very interesting!
