No Ice Boom...

The New York Power Authority will begin to remove the Niagara River Ice Boom on tuesday.  This is the earliest date ever for removal, it was first installed in 1964.  Due to mild winter and continued warmer weather there is no ice on Lake Erie.  Last year they didn't begin until April 12th.  Check out the Ice Boom Camera.
